Returns & Exchanges

At Aje, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment is not quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or credit note.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Aje tags and hygiene seals still attached in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Postage and Labeling

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
